All tuition fees must be paid directly to Artalinta Pty Ltd via the secure payment methods stated on our website or invoice.

Access to course content is granted only after payment has been successfully cleared.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Artalinta provides a 100% tuition-fee refund if the following conditions are met:
a) A written cancellation request is submitted to info@artalinta.com within two (2) calendar weeks of the official course start date; and
b) The student has not participated beyond the first two weeks of classes (attendance at live sessions, assignment submission or downloading restricted materials may indicate participation). -
Refunds apply to tuition fees only. Enrolment, materials or software-licence fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
-
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of Artalinta’s written acknowledgment.
-
No refund will be available for change of mind after the two-week period has elapsed.
